What is The Island Athletics Program?

The Island Program is rooted in functional fitness. We utilize movements that are functional in nature, meaning they are similar to those in life and in sport. Workouts are blended in a dynamic style and different each day to drive progress and avoid plateau. Each workout emphasizes intensity to truly maximize results.

During the 60-minute group training sessions, coaches instruct classes on performance, nutrition, and mindset. The group will warm up, work on a lift or skill, complete circuits, and cool down as a crew. This camaraderie allows each member of the Island tribe to find individual success in a group setting.
